MY STORY
After graduating University of the Arts, and interning at the likes of Mother, Anomaly and JWT, online ads were The Next Big Thing, so, I joined AnalogFolk and had the best 4 years honing my craft and delving deep into what people want from their brand interactions on the internet for Sainsbury’s, Malibu and many more. This lead me to AMV XLAB, the innovation and content hub of AMV London working for some of the worlds biggest brands like Bacardi and Guiness (yes, it’s a lot of booze, what can I say?).
Simultaneously. I co-founded a nonprofit (that ended up launching in 4 cities and raised hundreds of thousands for homeless people - more on that here). This set me on a purposeful path of B Corp agencies. 18 Feet and Rising and Revolt London. Both were channel agnostic, allowing a huge amount of creative freedom, and I worked on a vast range of projects from activists looking for a brand through to major global work for multinational corporations.
My most recent stint was at Amplify where I added another string to my bow in the form of experiential and even more recently I took a few months off to travel and learn the art of screenwriting for TV.
Yes, it was the most terrifying thing I’ve ever done.
It’s been a wild ride so far but it means I can handle anything. Front page of Campaign Mag, Main Stage at Cannes, TEDx Talk, awarded by The Guardian, been on BBC Prime Time News (my nan saw it and rang me screaming), I’ve blogged for the Huffington Post, been flown to Rome, L.A, NYC, Mumbai, won a pencil.
If you’re in need of some extra support from someone whose seen it all, drop me a line and we’ll grab coffee.
